Facility Start Up
Once a care home is built, there are a number of crucial steps that need to be taken so the facility can start to accept patients.
Asura Health can provide the management expertise to ensure the facility gets staffed, meets all local government standards and opens on schedule. Some owners only need this initial Start Up help in the initial phase of the project, and then take back the day to management later on.
