Chanel Sterling, LPN

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Chanel Sterling is Chief Executive Officer of Asura Health Services and AdvantAGE Assist Group. With 17 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse and a decade of entrepreneurship in seniors care, Chanel brings hands-on clinical expertise and a strong operational foundation to guide Asura and AdvantAGE through its next chapter of growth.
 
Born and raised in Edmonton, Chanel has worked in a variety of clinical settings across both urban and rural communities throughout Alberta, including home care, long-term care, supportive living, and acute care. This breadth of experience gives her a deep, practical understanding of the seniors living industry in this province. She is the the owner and operator of an Alberta-based home care agency and a foot care company, both serving seniors across the region.
 
Chanel is passionate about delivering quality, person-centered care and building strong teams that reflect the same values. She has led her organization through Accreditation Canada readiness, championing strong governance, clinical quality, and safety standards across every aspect of service delivery. Chanel remains actively involved in the seniors care community across Alberta and is committed to advancing standards of practice in home care and continuing care.

Lyn Krutzfeldt, RN

Founder & Strategic Advisor

Lyn Krutzfeldt is President & Founder of Asura Health Services and AdvantAGE Assist Group. Lyn has over 30 years of leadership experience in Canada in seniors’ living, hospitality and health care to guide Asura and AdvantAGE in its expansion and leadership presence in the industry.

She has lead a succession of positions in the Seniors Living Industry from Director of Care, Director of Operations, Vice President and CEO. She has a strong depth of knowledge in the industry from planning and development, design and program planning, to administration and operations of Supportive Living, Assisted Living, Long Term Care and Home Care. Lyn is passionate in everything she does and is frequently recognized for her innovation in the Seniors Living Industry.

Lyn has previously served as a Board Member of the Alberta Continuing Care Association, chaired the Alzheimer Society of Alberta and NWT for 10 years and was a member of the Board of the Alzheimer Society of Canada for 6 years. She was awarded the Queens Jubilee Medal for her unwavering commitment to those affected by dementia.

Professional Practice Lead

Chayna Broome Graduated from Norquest College Practical
Nursing Program in 2015. Since graduating, she has gained extensive experience working within assisted living, memory care and independent living facilities, as both an LPN and in team lead roles. Chayna has a passion for providing exceptional patient care,
 which is highlighted in her leadership approach.

Chayna leads our clinical quality program by providing
onsite support to our clinical departments. She motivates, inspires, and focuses on the best quality care for residents at our various sites throughout Alberta.
